At She Shed Fabrics, we understand how special a memory bear can be. Whether an outgrown School Uniform, Retirement, Sporting Events or Loss of a Love One we can help you retain all those important and cherished memories, which is why we offer two bear designs to choose from.

The original patterns are Funky Friends Factory Patterns which we may tweak during the process to fit with all your personal requirements. Each bear has its own unique characteristics, choosing the right one is important.

'Melody Bear' has a paneled face and fixed arms. 'Ben Bear' has a snout which gives more movement within the arms and a single tummy panel for embellishments and embroidery etc  Whatever your preference, we strive to turn your cherished items into a huggable creation. From eye colours, noses, embroidery and embellishments, our memory bears are carefully crafted with attention in every detail.

We we take great care to turn your beloved pieces of clothing and fabrics into personalized memory bears. Firstly we stabilize the fabrics to strengthen them to stop any fraying or other damage being caused. Each bear is then uniquely pattern pieced and cut out precisely with great care and attention to detail. 

We ensure personal touches are added to make your bear a true representation of the cherished memories you hold. Additional embroidery such as names, dates and other icons are added into the pattern piecing at this point.

We keep as much of the original fabric item intact as possible, using only what is necessary so as to give you the option and ability to create more items in future as you wish.

No detail is overlooked during the sewing process. The pattern pieces are meticulously aligned, and the thread colors are thoughtfully chosen to seamlessly blend with the fabric.

Delicate fabrics are handled with the utmost care, every precaution is taken to preserve its delicate nature. The stitching is executed with exceptional consistency, with each stitch in  identical in length and tension. This attention to detail creates a visually pleasing and well-crafted flawless finish.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee:

1. Duration: This guarantee is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of Collection.

2. Defects in Workmanship: We guarantee that your memory bear will be free from defects in workmanship. Should you discover any issues related to the construction or sewing of the bear within the 3-month period, please contact us immediately.

3. Repair or Replacement: In the event of a defect covered by this guarantee, we will either repair or replace the memory bear at no additional cost to you. The method of resolution will be determined based on the nature and severity of the issue.

4. Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or accidents. It also does not cover any alterations or modifications made to the memory bear by anyone other than She Shed Fabrics. 

5. Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange under this guarantee, please contact us within the 3-month period. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that any shipping costs associated with returning the memory bear will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Proof of Purchase: To avail yourself of this guarantee, you will be required to provide a proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or other documentation. At She Shed Fabrics, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. We want you to cherish your memory bear for years to come, and we are committed to addressing any concerns within the 3-month guarantee period.
